Aluminum Extrusion Process

Extrusion is a process of shaping aluminum by forcing it through a die opening to create a continuous profile. The extruded material emerges with the same shape as the die opening.

In the aluminum extrusion process, a billet is heated and pushed under high pressure through a precision die. The formed profile is then quenched, stretched, cut to the required length, and aged to achieve the desired hardness.

Our facility operates two 1100-ton presses with 6-inch billets, capable of producing 10,000 tons per year. We ensure high-quality extrusions using commercial-grade alloys 6061 and 6063, with both standard and custom shapes available to meet customer specifications.
